Clean Eating

Clean Eating is a healthy way to live. It is the way to long term weight loss and a healthy body for life. I want to share with you my daily tips and ideas. I have been clean eating for 3 years now.

Make sure each meal has:

Protein to keep you full

Fiber to Keep you full

Veggies

Make sure you eat 6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours


A typical breakfast for me is a big bowl of Oatmeal, 4 Hardboiled egg whites, Fruit on top of oatmeal (Blueberries or other Fresh Berries)

All followed by alot of water. I drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. Water not only helps your body function but boost metabolism and gives you clear skin.

You will start to notice that your skin, nails, an hair become more healthy looking and feel softer and look vibrant.

This is the way are are intended to eat. Try to stay away from any boxed foods as much as possible. Processed junk!

My Mission is to help educate other people about clean eating because I know it works and it is a way to lose weight, feel good, and keep it off for life. Also you don't have to starve yourself. You can eat alot of good for you food. Your body will be getting so many Vitamans from this way of eating.
