I have been eating this cereal Called Flax Plus by Natures Path

High in Fiber

Vegetarian

Low in Fat

No Trans Fat


It have alot of fiber in it and fiber helps keep me full until my next meal.

You can buy it at most grocery stores in the healthy food section.

Eat egg whites every morning with whole grain toast or oatmeal on the side. Egg whites boiled will keep you full. Egg whites are full of protein. Boil your eggs at night or in the morning and remove shell, slice in half and take the egg yolk out and do not eat the egg yolk. You can snack on the egg whites through the day. Protein helps boost your metabolism and keep you full.
