Drink Plenty of water







You should make a habit of Drinking plenty of water or calorie-free beverages.
Sometimes we can confuse thirst with being hungry. So then you actually tend to consume more calories. When you should really be drinking some water.
If you don't really care for water you can put a few drops of citrus or 100% juice.


Most work places have water dispenser's which you can feel up a sports bottle with everyday.

Oatmeal for Breakfast

Eating a nice bowl of oatmeal in the morning can keep you full until your next meal. It has a very high fiber. You can top it with fruit like Blueberries, Rasberries, peaches, apples, etc.
